We expect an IMB to push price into a NEW BoS or MSB. That is its purpose. Price clears the MAIN TARGET, drops, and that new BoS never comes. Purpose failed. Now ask one simple question: where does that FAILED IMB sit? Above price, it becomes RESISTANCE. Below price, it becomes SUPPORT. Do not throw it away just because it failed.
