Before you trust any POI, ask one simple question: did you NOTICE any PREVIOUS MANIPULATION AREA? Look back at the chart. An IMB, then an i-LIQ that was only a Fake MSB, then an i-LIQ Sweep above. That is IMB + LIQ + LIQ, the tank is full. Once all manipulation is done, the STRONG LOW shall not be tested. The PERFECT POI IMB that comes after it is stronger and more reliable.
